This guarantee applies to your first subscription payment only. It does not apply to renewal charges, upgrades, or subsequent billing cycles. The 7-day window begins on the date of your first successful payment, not the date you created your account.

Once the 7-day money back guarantee period has elapsed, no refunds will be issued for monthly subscriptions. By continuing to use the Service beyond the 7-day window, you acknowledge and accept that your payment is non-refundable.
This policy applies to all monthly billing cycles, including renewal payments. If you wish to stop being charged, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that period expires.
The QWQ free tier is provided at no cost and therefore is not eligible for refunds. There are no charges associated with the free tier, so no refund situation applies.
If you are on the free tier and wish to discontinue using the Service, you may simply stop using it or delete your account by contacting support@qwqco.com.
If you purchased an annual subscription and wish to cancel, the following refund terms apply:
Prorated refund amounts are calculated at QWQ's sole discretion and are based on the original purchase price, not any promotional or discounted rate that may have applied at the time of purchase.
Once a refund request has been approved, please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
All refunds are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. QWQ is not responsible for any additional delays imposed by your bank, credit card company, or other financial institution.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.
All approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. QWQ cannot issue refunds to a different payment method, bank account, or third party.
If your original payment method is no longer active (e.g., expired credit card, closed bank account), please contact your financial institution for guidance on how the refund will be handled. In most cases, the issuing bank will redirect the funds to your replacement card or account.
